Hi Chicks!

Its been ages since the last time I post an article, and here I am again! -in case you forgot my name I'm Fairy Honey Patricia in the Brit Chicks World, my chick friends used to call me Pat, and you could too!- signing in on my blogger account and doing this article headlined as "We're back". Well, technically, it's just me, but as I returned to the world of blogging, I carried my New and Fresh Blogging Ideas with me.

The Brit Chicks game (www.britchicks.com) was down for a long time- honestly I can't remember when was the exact date the website had abruptly shut down- yes my friend it was shut down with no particular warning and proper informing- it was really disappointing.

Now all those overwhelming messages from my email asking if what happened to the website www.britchicks.com was already answered. And yet, it was the reason I came back here.

I was scrolling down my bookmarks, and accidentally clicked my website/blog- and I was like: Good times :"). I was curios if there were still people who visit it. After a long process of retrieving my password- yeah, I forgot the blog's password but hey it was like a year- I found out that there were a couple of people had been visiting this blog, and the emails I had received reached double digits- which was huge for me mentioning I hadn't blog for a long time. The visit count was also unexpectedly higher than I thought, so I come to the decision that I'll go back to blogging. Like before My business is still every chick's happiness.

In order to deal with bulling you should do two things. The first step is to build self confidence to prevent bullies from thinking that you are a potential target and the second one is to learn how to be assertive in order to prevent them from bulling you.

If you noticed how bullies pick their targets you will always realize that they pick up people who appear to be weaker than them.

Assertive communication can help you appear much stronger and in control. This may be enough to stop the bully from bullying you as he will not think of you as a potential bullying target.

The bully always believes that he is stronger than his target if you can prove him wrong then he might never bully you again. You can do this by being assertive and by using assertive body language gestures.

At the same time building self confidence will prevent his comments from having any impact on your mood.

I know that this might not be as simple as it sounds but its certainly a surefire way for dealing with bullying if you were patient enough to apply it.

Self confidence and bullying

►Lately new studies claimed that most bullies don't lack confidence and that they bully others for other reasons. The people who supported these studies said that bullying happens because the bully gets raised in a family that teaches him that violence is the best way to solve his problems.

►While their findings seem logical still they didn't explain why do bullies bully others even if they gain nothing out of it. The proper conclusion we can make is that bully is trying to full fill a certain psychological need through his actions.

►Yes a bully might have learned that violence is the best way to solve his problems but he won't use this violence unless he is facing some problems (like finding himself unpopular for example).

Days ago we featured a Topic about bullying! So in continue of that. Let us talk about why they Bully People? People bully others because they have a certain imbalance in their psyche that can only be fixed when they bully a powerless victim.

So we will tell you some reasons why some Peoples become a Bully!:

►Children who are mistreated at home start feeling insecure and inadequate and as a result some of them become bullies because this provides them with a great deal of relief.

►A person might become a bully in order to feel worthy. By devaluing the target, the bully feels superior and so maintains his self worth and protects his ego.

►Insecurity is another big reason for bullying. Because bullies feel insecure they try to create an illusion of being in control by bullying a weak victim.

►From the outside bullies might appear strong and in control but from the inside most of them feel insecure, inadequate and inferior.

►Another popular reason for bullying is attention seeking. Some people become bullies because they are desperately in need of attention and bullying in this case is the only thing they can do to bring some attention to themselves.

One Root Reasons why they bully:

►The bully who is in need of attention, who feels jealous of his victim or who is trying to feel superior and in control has usually became who he is because of poor parenting.

►If the child didn't get enough attention from his parents or if he felt less worthy because his younger sibling was preferred to him then he might become a bully to fill these emotional gaps in his psyche.

►The reasons for bullying differ from a case to another but in the end they all stem from one root which is being abused and miss treated then feeling insecure as a result.

►Just as we should help the people who are being bullied we should also work on helping bullies because they are as much in need of help as their victims.

We all know that Brit Chicks This days is kinda boring.. We know the reasons why this is happening... No new quest, No new clothes, and nothing really "NEW".So some chicks are planning to leave, as well as I am. Well I realise that "Leaving" is really not a solution. Because leaving means giving up. And I don't want to give-up in playing Brit Chicks... 

Because Brit Chicks had given me a lot of things. Brit Chicks had given me the Friends that I can bond with. Friends that join me on my Most Unforgettable online memories :)

 Even though It's just a Virtual World! It's a WORLD where I can say I belong. And it's also a WORLD that starting to become boring. So how can we overcome this Boredom we are experiencing? So instead of leaving why not lets do a move? So here are some things we can do to make the Brit Chicks World the happiest place to be:

► Incourage more people to play Brit Chicks! The More the Merrier!

► Invent and Play more games! We can do Boredom Buster Games like theme game and Acting Game.

► Chicks should Unite! We should stop arguing because that is really not a good thing to do! Let's make Friends on BC not Enemies. :)

► Organised Parties! And Ask Dee to support your Party! But we can make Parties without Dee posting it on the Blog! Maybe you won't earn credits on it! But the Joy and Happiness you will receive is priceless :)

► Let's do a Move! We should tell Dee that Brit Chicks is starting to be boring! Let us comment on her blog or Email It... So that she will know how we feel. And hopefully she will do a move about it!

Hello Chicks!

Have you ever been bullied? In school, or even in a Virtual World like Brit Chicks? So for showing support on LilyC Productions Anti-Bullying Campaign let us talk about some of cases wherein you were bullied!

Bullied because of your Looks, this is the most common reason why some people out there tease or bully someone, they say you don't look good, you are "UGLY", your outfit is "UGLY",  You are dark and you are so pale. Outer Beauty is really noticed by everyone, they noticed you, by your face, by your outfit, by your skin tone and more. But "BEAUTY" isn't only about how you look, how good is your OUTfit, and what is your skin tone. It’s the INner Beauty that really matters, Inner beauty that can make Friends, Inner Beauty that can't be noticed by the Blind eyes of the Bullies.

Outer Beauty might be the first thing you will notice but this doesn't mean that you can criticize anyone just because of this. Because remember they don't own the body and the Physical Appearance they have. It’s God- given to them, so you are teasing a God's creation. 

You might be right that someone isn't beautiful but would you make her depressed, would you make her sad just because of being Honest? There is nothing wrong on telling the truth. Honesty is the best Policy. But remember "Honesty" is different from "Bully". No one is perfect in this world, showing your opinion to someone should be in a good way and not in a "Teasing Way" Because you wouldn't want someone to do the same way to you.

My advice to those who are bullied because of this: Be Proud of who you are, Be Thankful of what god given to you, It’s good to have a Pleasing Outer Beauty but  it’s better to Believe in the Inner Beauty. Because the Inner Beauty will never be Bullied :)
